When contacting us via any method we may contact you via the contact details provided to answer your enquiry. If you do not proceed with an appointment we will not store your personal data. When you book an appointment further details will be taken to enable us to book your appointment such as the property address, contact details, email address etc (see data stored below). This information will be needed to complete to requested work, to send an appointment confirmation email or text and a receipt for your payment etc. At the end of the appointment you will be presented with a job completion form to sign to say you have inspected the work competed and are happy. This form will also include a GDPR Opt In option which if ticked enables us to store your details/data for the future and for future communications such as appointment emails, reminders and occassional marketing offers. If the GDPR Opt In box is not ticked your details will be deleted and you will have to supply them again in the future when booking your next appointment.

You can opt out at anytime from GDPR and your data will be deleted. To do this simply email info@supercleancarpetcleaners.co.uk stating you wish to opt out of GDPR and for your details to be deleted. Job completion forms are kept for insurance purposes and the only personal details on them are your name and the address the cleaning is taking place at.
I will, where an email address is supplied potentially contact you via that email address to answer an enquiry. If you have opted in to GDPR I may send you occassional emails advising you when 1 year, 18 months, 2 years etc has passed since your last carpet or upholstery cleaning. I may also send occassional special offer marketing emails. In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy, Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and General Data Protection Regulation 2018 customers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an unsubscribe link at the footer of each marketing email.
